Great place at a great value! Great place with great view and a great floor plan. Rent is 30% of adjusted income so residents have peace of mind on controlling their limited income. Management team takes really nice care of the building and there is alot offered to do each day for the residents in the building. Be sure to check this out if your 62 or older/disabled for your next apartment.

Great Senior Apartments, Affordable too! Park View Terrace Apartments is a perfect option for seniors in Moorhead. The building have a beautiful back yard on the river. This building has views that are unbelievably breath taking. There are 121 apartments, community room with activity going on every day. The residents are friendly and there is a sense of community within the building. Apartments that are the Best in Town Westgate apartments is a beautiful remodeled apartment building located right by Lowe's in town. 100 units of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The apartment kitchens were remodeled in 2004 so things are pretty nice inside the units. There is an elevator, community room, large laundry room, new playground centered in the middle of the court yard. The rents are low and things are great. Check it out of your looking for the best apartment building in town.
