Dr. Castillo and his wonderful staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. I feel truly welcomed every time I come in. Plus, my teeth look fantastic. I am so happy I chose this practice to finally address my bottom teeth misalignment. Add- I am done with my treatment and I am actually sad, because I won’t be able to see Dr. Castillo and his awesome staff on a regular basis
I have never experienced such shockingly poor customer service from any business, let alone a medical practice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this orthodontist’s office at all costs. The follow-up process? Practically nonexistent. Good luck getting a timely response—if you even get one at all.
