I was extremely disappointed on this visit, the whole nigh the tap dripped and the noise kept me up - next day as i had to get to Mackay from Gladstone, I decided to move to the Queens Motel and apparently the rules say no refund, even though the room offered was uninhabitable and no other accommodation offered
Remotely managed site with easy lock box key access, big bathroom and convenient location.
The lady that service the rooms is just lovely and so helpful the people that run it - oh my god first time I booked with another one of their motel- they canceled whilst I was traveling there- they sent me to Park view after many discussion I called them this morning to explained due to recent weather event and the Bruce highway being cut can i change my booking to another date- she directed me to do it on the web site- which I did- for her to call me and tell me I need to cancel book from the web site ( which you can not a... read more
The hotel room was very clean and lovely and the bed was so comfortable and the aircon was very cold first time staying here and will definitely be back again they let me check in two hours early which was lovely 5 out of 5
