Very pleasantly surprised. Room is quite large, exceptionally clean. Great shower. Comfy bed. For the price it's a bargain. Remote management but that's just a phone call and was given my room number and code for the key box. Fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. I didn't use the TV but the AC got a workout. I can't think of any reason I'll ever be in Gladstone again but if I do I'll definitely be looking at staying here. (Room 8)
The staff were fantastic, the only small aesthetic issues with the room was the TV not being on the wall, so it took up bench space and the old, discoloured microwave.
We had lost a pair of glasses in one of the rooms in our first stay and a week later we arrived back and we rang the owner and mentioned it to them and she went out of her way to come and give them back. Highly recommend this place.
