It scares me reading the negative reviews and complaints about this place. Somebody told me that the supervisor is very dramatic! It's not good to be very dramatic..
Worse than bad. So incompetent they can't even stick to their own care plan/s. Staff on their phones shouting in residents flats shouting their heads off to their friends whilst giving medication to residents obviously not showing any care or attention to the person they're being paid to care for, slamming the front door so hard when leaving (still on her phone and without saying bye to the client!) she completely broke the letterbox and whilst this was reported immediately the management done nothing sticking up for and pro... read more
