Employees in the office #20 don’t know how to talk to people . JUST FLAT OUT RUDE instead of doing their job! Very un organized
This is an update to my original post from September 2025. Its been about a month and half since then and management still hasn't addressed original complaint? Although owners of building responded to review as if they were concerned and stated that issues would be addressed right away? Nothing has been done. As a frequent visitor to bldg 32 @ Dunvale Rd. I noticed change since my mom moved in over a year ago. At first Management seemed friendly, concerned and attentive. But now Management's way of dealing with issues or concerns is either not to respond to address them or ignoring them altogether. Just recently I sent in photos of the carpet in the bldg and floor that my mom resides on and received no response of concern.
