attempted to view property at 240. Office was locked until 3pm for lunch. Waited until 310 and the both office associates still in the office refusing to so much as come and say give me 5 min. incredibly rude. can only imagine the rudeness they extend to residents

its a ZERO start. I have deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issues with maintenance and management at Parkview Apt, where my elderly mother resides. The level of neglect and lack of professionalism displayed by leasing office building at "9010" and maintenance team is absolutely unacceptable- expecially considering this is supposed to be a peaceful community for retired seniors. I have been here a little more than a month. The residents are lovely people The staff, I don't know where to begin First 2 weeks I and my son had to constantly ask for help, REFRIGERATOR WAS FREEZING EVERYTHING. IT TOOK NEARLY 2 WEEKS FOR THAT TO GET FIXED. Then, I mistakenly opened the bedroom window, it slammed down and came out of the frame. 5 days later maintenance said, it can't be fixed. We have to get a whole new window. I myself would not bank on that Then the airconditioner was not cooling, 3 says later after my da... read more
