My Dad lived here and it started out really nice. There was a management office staffed 5 days a week with some community activities for residents to participate in. 3 years later a new management company has taken it over and it is not good. Abandoned car on the lot with blown out windows sat much of last winter. Mouse infestation going on 2 years. Exercise room had broken equipment that was blamed on COVID, but never repaired afterward. I agree that it is hard to find staff (the exception is Mr Gasper who maintains the apartments. A+ to him!) I also agree that there has been a broken down truck in the parking lot for weeks making it sometimes difficult to get visitor parking. *Update 12/1/21 the truck was towed

I agree that it is hard to find staff (the exception is Mr Gasper who maintains the apartments. A+ to him!) I also agree that there has been a broken down truck in the parking lot for weeks making it sometimes difficult to get visitor parking. *Update 12/1/21 the truck was towed
