Management is nice, other than that I haven't liked it here. When I showed up the apartment had a horrible odor and it seemed like this place hadn't had a deep clean in years. Clean checks are conducted but they are very lax so nothing really changed. It got a little better after several deep cleans but could be much better still. Management is great, houses are honestly better quality than most others, and the people are amazing. 10/5.
The log cabin house was the best housing in Rexburg I’ve ever had. Secluded, comfortable, plenty of space. There’s a great fire pit and a big lounge area. Way better than an apartment complex
I love the management here!! They’re amazing and I feel like they actually care for the tenants as well! In my experience, my apartment is very nice, and I appreciate the amenities we have here. It is in a great location - close to campus to not feel too far away, but far enough to get a break from school!
