Management is poor at communicating and excellent at bleeding your wallet dry. Most things were in disrepair, and needed a lot more professional care. the properties themselves have potential, but for the price, you're better off buying a crappy car off facebook marketplace and living out of there.

Don’t live here. The management does not communicate, does not do maintenance, and does not take care of the people here. I moved into the newly renovated building, and on move in day, they were still actively working, there wasn’t a toilet, and the dishwasher was in the middle of the living room for a full week after the semester started. Terrible experience living here- management is never around/dont take care of maintenance requests until a month after it’s been put in. Super disorganized and nit picky about things light lightbulbs being out during clean checks. Biggest red flag is showing apartments without permission of us tenants or with notice. don’t expect anything done in a timely manner or done at all.
