I really love living here. The managers are attentive and always doing their best to resolve any issues that come up. They’re clearly making an effort to keep the property beautiful, even if the building is a bit older—adding fresh paint, flowers, security upgrades, and renovating the units. My only complaint is about some of the dogs. Many owners leave their pets unattended for long periods, and the barking throughout the day can be challenging—especially for those of us working from home. I’ve been here almost 6 years. We have gone through a few management changes and it was rough. However, the last 2 years the new management team is phenomenal. Amber & Tyler are simply the best and because of them, I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Very quick response time. They are always looking for ways to engage with us and to improve things. It’s nice to live in a place where you don’t feel like a tenant. I feel safe here.
They have done so many good things since I first came. Added a dog park, new carpet in hallways and this week replaced our old railings. Owners always onsite looking to do better things for us.
Just stop searching. I don't usually leave review's however, this place deserves one! There is a reason why this beautiful small property is always full. Management/ Owners were beyond professional and kind! (Thank you Amber and Tyler for everything.) Maintenance requests responded to quickly! Beautiful remodels, amazing views. Located close to literally everything. If I ever need an apartment again, I will be returning here, My awesome and courteous neighbors will be missed as well.
