I lived at Parkview Apartments in 2016-2017, I would say the apartments are OK. The area is a nice location, however living near the avenue I wouldn't recommend for young children. The pros of living here: affordable living; office manager was nice; apartments kept clean; I enjoyed my "fake" brick walls in my one bedroom apartment on the first floor; clean laundry area; and assigned storage.
