RecommendedThings I like best: I fell in love with the community garden, the dog park, and the grounds with all the grass and trees. So different from most apartment complexes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Questions and concerns are readily addressed. The common areas are clean and well mantained. I moved in 3 years ago and just signed for another year. Having lived in a variety of complexes this was a breath of fresh air.
The rent is costly. Plus, they charge additionally for water, sewer, and garbage. So, your rent is easily 100- 115$ more per month. You don't have in unit washer/ dryer. And, the appliances are off brand (currently, my dishwasher is Tappan and my stove is GE).

Hi Cindy, this is Kailey from Customer Service. I understand not wanting to pay more for living expenses, but we have found we are priced quite competitively in the market. It is common with renting to pay for your utilities. Some of our homes do feature washers
