The rent is costly. Plus, they charge additionally for water, sewer, and garbage. So, your rent is easily 100- 115$ more per month. You don't have in unit washer/ dryer. And, the appliances are off brand (currently, my dishwasher is Tappan and my stove is GE).

stop charging so much for there Rent, these Apts. are worth what they charge, I'm a elderly lady who lives on a fixed income and they are only lining there pockets with our money, they don't care about the people who lives here, they only care about the money, that isn't right, poor management
Beautiful green environment with amazing views. Clean and pet friendly community. Nice and quiet with great management staff that are nice and approachable.
