I went to Park Ventura to tour the facility and I truly was very impressed with the amazing and welcoming feeling from the concierge to every staff member, they were so sweet, friendly and professional! I was given a thorough tour of the facility by the management staff Rose, who truly was so caring, knowledgeable and compassionate! I must say the place was beautiful, clean, warm and comforting I recommend this place for anyone that wants a place to call home including myself
