I've been a resident of Park Valley Since May 2019. It has been a drag since the day I moved in, but for financial reasons, it was my best option. they care nothing about the residents, The staff is TRASH (corporate and local)they are lazy with maintenance requests, the pricing is TRASH, the gate is ALWAYS broken, the mailboxes are ALWAYS broken. Recently, we ILLEGALLY sat without mailboxes for 4 months. if i hadn't called and complained, there would have been no communication. This apartment is not worth your time or money.
