Update: The flag was removed, but not replaced. Patriotic. May 2024 Update: Rent has been dramatically increased. Mine went from $796 to $1050. The exterior has been repainted a bright white. The main building is being extensively renovated in the halls. Friday, 31 May 2024, the dumpsters were removed with no notice. According to management, a new trash service will be taking over. Atrocious. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Management is often rude and accusatory when tenants bring up problems. There is a huge cockroach problem. I saw lots of mold in the carpets in the halls. Management changed the locks to the main doors without telling anyone meanwhile it was 100 degrees outside. You get the picture, don't live here.

ROACHES most disrespectful staff ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES do not live here you will regret it. I was raised In a house the was kept immaculately and that translated over to me I should not have had ROACHES and never did before. Since moving they are all gone ,but I had to throw EVERYTHING out couches tvs coffee table entrance table entertainment center and so on
