I’ve lived here 4 years at the time of writing. Exceedingly patient management (sorry again Helen), quick-to-respond maintenance team, unbeatable monthly price on rent, located in a great area where you are no more than 10-15 min walking from a grocery store, gym, hospital, or thrift store. Safe neighborhood, rec center right across the street, water park down the road in walking distance. This place is in high demand for a reason. Live at Park Trails, you will not regret it.
Helen is the best. My needs as a resident is my number 1 priority and after seeing the apartment which didn't include all the amenities I was looking for, but the vibes and professionalism I received from Helen the leasing agent ensured I would get my random needs taken cared of which has been since I have moved in late last year! You will be taken cared of!
I love it here the place is great the office manger is SO HELPFUL AND SWEET the maintenance is great. Go environment nice place to shop and go to.
Helen, the property manager, has been great from the start. Moved here from a small town and loving the apartment and the beautiful, walkable neighborhood. Love being by Trader Joe's, nature trails and much more!
