Update - the construction and noise continues. In addition, the dust and debris is now going through the building ventilation system. It ends up in the bathroom and the kitchen and spreads across the apartment if you don't clean it up right away. I have no idea if this is asbestos or something else. Or if there are covid particles that are now being spread throughout the building. I am leaving this review to protect other New Yorkers from this rental company. - Floors in the primary walkway of my apartment buckled severely due to moisture build-up and prior construction negligence - The damage then caused an infestation of cockroaches and different bugs that rendered the hallway and kitchen unusable - I was forced out of my apartment for over a week for construction to fix these issues - Only after requesting some type of help in finding a temporary place to live during the displacement did "Managemen... read more
I am writing this review for the benefit of tenants who may be considering renting at one of Goldfarb Properties' buildings. The intention is to describe, objectively, what my partner and I experienced during our recent lease term in Park Towers South from April 2019 to August 2020.
