I think it's in a great area. Close to everything. Variety Store, Major bus route that takes you to all the hospitals in the city without a transfer. Pharmacy close by. The area is pretty nice. I saw that they are trying to make their buildings smoke free. Pot is legal to smoke in your place. You can't take it outside in public. Smoking cigarettes or vaping is as much a right as the stinky dinner smell coming from some people's place. You're renting. I lived at 10 Beachwood Place since 2013 to 2017 the building was very clean then I decided to move to the other property at 55 carfrae st it was okay for the first year until they the other superintendent or so-called cleaners left then it started going downhill when they shut down the garbage rooms they blame covid 19 for this and now the residents since 2019 have to take out their own garbages to the bins outside since I have to take out the garbage to the bins you think the building would be a lot cleaner it's not from w... read more
My experience at Park Towers has been great! I have lived here for 4 years and the management is awesome! The building is well maintained and very clean. I have never had to wait for anything to be fixed or a concern not to be addressed and taken care of. The building is clean and the new reno’s are modern and up to date. I do hear my neighbours the odd time, but that is a part of apartment living. The people who manage this apartment should be fired. My family is losing sleep because apparently the people in charge of this place don’t know how to fix the timer on the exhaust fan right outside my window this has been an ongoing probably. And I would seriously warn anyone against renting a place in this building.
