An excellent location. The building is well maintained for both appearance and upkeep of systems and equipment. With great thanks to Kellum, the building manager - a unique find! He keeps the building spotless. He is readily available; and always considerate and helpful. When I walk into the building I feel like I am home!
I have been in this building since last August and its a lovely well-managed building! Kelem,, the manager, has been so.pleasant, conscientious and co-operative! Living at Yew St. has been a magnificent experience. The building manager, Kelum is marvelous at his work. He keeps the building facilities clean and residents cared for. I really appreciate Kelum's prompt communication and the respectful patience he has for his tenants. His professional, but personable demeaner makes him the ideal building manager. The building atmosphere is welcoming and quiet. I've had many pleasant passing conversations with other residents, not a complaint in sight.
I’ve been living in Park Towers for a while now, and I can genuinely compare the maintenance and management here to other buildings I’ve lived in and visited. Park Towers is extremely well maintained from the spotless laundry rooms and clean lobby to the hallways that are sanitized and vacuumed almost daily.
