Kelum is easily the best property manager ive ever had; diligent, easy to work with, and welcoming.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is super clean, well-maintained, and feels really safe. Everything from the lobby to the laundry room is always in great shape. Big shoutout to the Building Manager, Mr. Kelum—he’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From day one, he made the whole process smooth and has been super responsive ever since. You can tell he really cares about the residents. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!
