I applied right after I toured, don't know why they would show me an apartment they already leased with no other availabilities so I just got scammed $47 application fee for nothing. The updated fixtures are nice though, overall complex seems decently maintained.
Nice place and nice neigborhs. Quiet place to rent a flat in Long Beach. There is a swimming pool inside but nobody uses it I don't know why. The apartments are nice and are well distributed.
