The building is INFESTED with bed bugs. Honestly the whole building needs to be condemned. Management won’t invest in a proper treatment, instead would rather raise rent and leave the tenants on their own with any issues. Avoid this building and York Property Management like the plague!!

Good place. Few issues here and there but a decent experience.
I’ve been renting here for a while now, and I have nothing but good things to say. The building is always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The manager is super attentive and easy to reach if you need anything, and the staff is friendly and professional. It’s a great place to live!
