I have lived here for over 8 years. Recently I had a plumbing leak in my bathtub. A plumber came very quickly and it was decided I needed a new bathtub and updated plumbing. It was arranged and this week a team of people came over 3 days (bad weather too). They place paper on my floors to not track dirt, removed and replace my tub and pipes, retiled the wall and fixed a drywall issue caused from removing tub. The building is one of the best in the town of Tillsonburg. With the exception of a few tenants who non stop put in false complaints, and write reviews which have zero truth to them. I have lived in the building for ten years, and think management does an excellent job. I have great neighbours, and a clean well kept building to call home. I would recommend living here 100%
