Welp! Normally it's lovely here aside from the noise the sirens and yelling and wet train tracks in the distance sounding like a horror movie, those are very upsetting , and now this surprise 48 hour pop inspection notice that we are not acustomed to here at all! Bad and getting worse. Tenants are amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing. One of the two Service Coordinators is amazing. The manager is horrible. The area manager is horrible. The other Service Coordinator seemed lovely when she was hired, but has become just like the manager. It is hard to connect with higher management unless you are internet literate. Rules are changed without notice. Rule-breaking is not mediated before it is punished. Treatment of the mentally ill borders on exploitative. This is my third year livi... read more
I have lived here six years and although some improvement has been made such as all new staff and they have been getting out some of the troubling tenants some bigger stuff still needs additional addressing and fixing. In the past the staffing was horrible to the tenants,did not fix things in timely matter, criminal activity drugs and cruel behaviors and actions by tenants and staff happened alot. Beware of drama... Management completely controls the police and mental health department do not care about your wellbeing so many deaths in this building every day no body will help you, they can do whatever they want
