I have lived here six years and although some improvement has been made such as all new staff and they have been getting out some of the troubling tenants some bigger stuff still needs additional addressing and fixing. In the past the staffing was horrible to the tenants,did not fix things in timely matter, criminal activity drugs and cruel behaviors and actions by tenants and staff happened alot. Beware of drama... Management completely controls the police and mental health department do not care about your wellbeing so many deaths in this building every day no body will help you, they can do whatever they want

A friend lives here, thus I visit frequently and soak up the views from his 16th floor . Friendly residents, elderly and disabled are the only individuals allowed to reside at the apartments. Staff is really helpful and everyone pretty much minds their own but willing to help if you require some.
