I really appreciated the effort the team put in to fit in my emergency dental work. The entire team from front desk to the dental chair was great and wanted to ensure that things were done quickly and well.

Someone needs to tell their hygienist to stop referring to her patients as "dear", as in "you're doing great, dear". It's very condescending. I wish they could lure Elizabeth back as she was the best hygienist at the practice. It seems like the ones who are left are all brand new and still learning how to be thorough without causing pain.
I have been a patient at this clinic for about 13 - 14 years now. Shortly after I finished my chemotherapy & radiation treatment. I found the dentist & hygienist to be very understanding of my now, specific needs while rummaging through my mouth. The radiation had affected my saliva glands causing them to randomly stop producing. My dentist has since decided to but & I was assigned a new dentist that I was very nervous about ; was she going to be as understanding? As patient? As kind? As compassionate ?
