I’ve been living here for almost a year. During the first three months, we found bedbugs or ticks in the carpet. Management never confirmed what it was, and they only came to inspect, not to treat the issue. I had to buy the pesticide myself and apply it. I even had to stay at someone else’s place for a whole month because of it. There is a constant smell of cigarette smoke—of all kinds—even when children are outside playing. Been here almost 3 years, been through at least 6 managements, been letting them know of issues for so damn long and nothing happens, noticing roaches coming out of drains, walls and in never sealed gaps between countertops and bottoms, coming out of everywhere even when gave them written statements to get this handled both in person and slipped under the door.never working the posted hours either shows up whenever it's convenient for them. Roaches roaches roaches , I bought my own home defense. I can’t wait to be done with this lease NOTHING is coming with me. I just moved in! I don’t even cook because I hate the kitchen. I am not comfortable in my own home . It’s cheap but that means upkeep!!!!!!!!!! Don’t do it!

I was told inaccurate information before I moved in from the previous property manager. The new property manager was well educated and was able to answer all my questions.
