My experience renting here for a year now has been great so far and I’d really like to highlight the professionalism and punctuality amongst management and maintenance, as well as empathy. Katie is an angel of a manager and I’m so thankful for her. In all my years of renting out apartments- I have never received such understanding and a willingness to work with me if I’m struggling.
Don’t let fresh paint fool you. Management controls the central A/C and heat and waits way too long to turn it on. Today the water was turned off with no prior notification. Gate to entrance is constantly broken. There’s much more but I think you get the idea. Run far and fast from this place!

Katie has been an absolute godsend even when I was going through a tough time. She was very understanding and kind. The apartments themselves are very good, and maintenance has made it a priority to keep everything together.
