Great experience at Joplin Plaza! The space is roomy, quiet, and kept up well. Staff were responsive & helpful throughout the move in process.
This could be a nice place to live—I wouldn’t know, because no one ever answers the phone. They’ll take your $40 application fee (which ends up being more than $40 with added charges), and then you never hear from them again—even if you’re clearly qualified. When you do manage to reach someone, it’s the same repeated excuse about “issues with the application process.” I applied a month ago and still don’t have any answers. I just got the keys to my new apartment today and I’m beyond thrilled! The staff has been so helpful and I can’t thank them enough. The whole process was very smooth with great communication. The apartments are very nice inside and out. You also really can’t beat the amenities. I am really looking forward to my new life here.
