Affordable, clean, beautiful This is the best apartment in the Antelope Valley. It’s very affordable, with *below market rents*, as they value relationships over short-term profits. My already low rent was not increased the entire time I was here despite the inflation from 2022 to 2024. Close to freeway. Shopping center, restaurants and college within walking distance. Access to close public transportation.
