If there were security and social problems at the Park Terrace in the past there are not anymore. On the advice of another apartment manager I checked with the Auburn Police and there were no real problems for a couple of years. I have been here for 6 months. The management has been very friendly and helpful and they take very good care of the grounds and common areas. The tenants are quiet and friendly. the 6 months that i stayed at park terrace were some of the worst months in my life. the police were there atleast 4 times a week. then i was evicted out of my home with my children no where to go then i also noticed all the familys with smaller children too were forced to leave. i wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone.
