I had an excellent experience with Terrsa and Cynthia. Teresa took her time assisting me with the application process and both ladies provided me with outstanding customer service. They made themove-in process really smooth and stress free. I also appreciate the recent installation of cameras on the property which adds am extra sense of security. Overall I am very pleased with the environment and happy to have moved in.
If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I wouldn’t even suggest my loved ones staying here for a couple of reasons: 1. It smells like cat piss 24/7. The smell is way too strong because of the amount of cats wandering around the complex. 2. The water temperature issue is weird. Sometimes it’s way too cold and there’s never hot water and you NEVVVVERRRR know when the hot water will come back. 3. I noticed the building lights and gates are working, Park Terrace Management has been on a roll. First rent by myself and I was received by Cynthia and Teresa but Teresa was the first recipients to show me a vacant apartment no other property was willing to show me an apartment. I am very satisfied with this property and their customer service. I couldn’t ask for any more and I’m thankful for the opportunity to reside at Park Terrence.
Very helpful, always available to answer my questions and the application process was very smooth. Thank you Teresa and Cynthia you guys went above and beyond for me.
The reviews are a joke management fakes the reviews with misc email accounts they got too much time on their hands ! Alsoooooo make ppl give them 5 stars this place is cheap cheap. Lots of issues ! Go elsewhere I recently moved into this apartment complex and have been thoroughly disappointed with several key aspects of the experience. First, the security situation is far from acceptable.
