I Lived here for three years and apartments are ok I was “happy” but they don’t have good managing. Most of the tenants that leave is because of managers, I just hope owner gets to see what kind of managers they have. The owner can see it by how constantly people are leaving when they should be staying for longer period of time.
Hahaha that last review was done by the manager at the time. Definitely "Exiting" -- she "exited" right after we signed our lease here. Overall this place is meh. Neighbors are mostly quiet families. Appliances mostly work now, after we fought with the last owner. Roaches are around. Tons of holes under the sink, etc for them to travel. Definitely under-maintained previously.
