Income I have to say this is a first for me. I have never known an apartment complex to deny an application simply because I make TOO much annually. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!! It guarantees that I can pay my rent on time. This is pathetic!!!

AMAZING ?????? Omg I moved into park terrace in November and it’s been one of the best places ever to live wonderful amazing ladies and gentlemen on the staff , new appliances I love the layout rooms and closets very spacious pool access and gym on site . Neighborhood is quiet I love my balcony
If kindness is a virtue,park terrace employees are the most virtuous!!! This property gives a warm, downhome, neighborhood feel. The grounds are immaculately manicured and well-kept. My 3bedroom-2 bath apt looks quite upscale with its updated centralized kitchen and bathrooms. There are also ceiling fans in every living area. Drive By I make too much money to live here but I have to give kudos where they are due. This place looks good on the outside except there are balconies that had things I wouldn't want to see day in and day out if I lived here. I called before going in the office and spoke to a lady by the name of Sarah, I think, and she was very helpful. She provided me information and I appreciate that because I don't want to waste time if I am not going to be able to live there. Roaches.. Apartment was great until my filthy neighbors moved in and now my apartment is infested with roaches don't move here..

Feeling welcome already! I haven't even moved in just yet and I feel more welcome than I have in ah very long time. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and willing to assist in any way possible to ensure your comfort! Not to mention the beauty of the property inside and out as well as the affordability.
