Water pouring into my apartment and others from what I'm told from 1960's windows with dried up seals and a clogged gutter system....mold and mildewed walls, carpet and water damaged personal belongings......zero action has been taken and very hostile attitude from management including being advised to move if I didn't like it
Mold, roaches, bad management, maintenance don't fix anything, ac units 30 plus years old and don't work right... you get what you pay for. The price should be even lower then it already is. Stay for away from this place.
Absolute slumlord , I have delt with theives and rude management the entire time ive been here. I lived there 2 years and had maintenance problems that they're to lazy to fix or just don't know what the hell they're doing. Save your money people and DO NOT rent here.
