My only issue is the gate because people who don’t live here think it’s okay to come use our pools and trash it. Now we getting notices on our door saying they might close the pool down if it continues to happen. Which is not fair due to the fact I pay rent here and those people don’t. Why should we be punished because the gate don’t close and any and everybody can come use our pools and trash it and go back to whoever they live at.
I do not recommend anyone to apply for this place they won’t ever call you about your application to let you know what’s going on I apply almost 2 weeks ago had to reach out to them multiple times to find out what’s going on with my application then they said they need my previous place rent lease agreement to verify which the guy I talk to never mentioned anything about that but said he’ll call me by 12 pm but never received call back then this morning I talk to another lady saying I need my previous renter to get in contac... read more
Do not rent from this place. The mailman put the parcel locker key in the wrong mailbox. Whoever got the key got my box. They stole from me. I needed what was in that box This place rented to a thief. Also, someone was shot right below my apartment window. Lastly, this place always has roaches. They had to have someone fog my aprtment. I also bought extra strength roach insecticide. Things r better, but I still c two or three a day. The office per nice, but this place is still ghetto.
If I could do no stars I would. This place is a joke and "JAVIER" is worthless and disrespectful. Do not waste your time or money at this facility. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
