Major issues: The owners and maintenance people seem nice enough, but they neglected to inform us about the mice, the cockroaches, and the BED BUGS. Not to mention something is seriously wrong with the water, not just like low quality city tap water. It makes us horribly sick, and my dog as well. We only drink bottled water, which is unfortunate because the paid water is one of the reasons we moved here.
