Disgusting behavior from staff. My friend had her graduation party there and the staff member at the front desk was nothing but rude to my friend and her guests. She aggressively barged in and called the cops for no reason based on false accusations, forcing them to end the party at 7pm instead of 10:30 pm. Started to get physical with the guests too (shouldering the guests). Please do better!
Horrible, terrible and the rudest staff EVER!!!! I have never experienced this type of atrocious behavior by staff before. This lady (who I assume works at a front desk), stormed into my friends graduation party and was very aggressive towards. She walked in screaming, demanding for the guest to leave the party room at 7pm the room rented out till 10:30pm. THIS PLACE CALLED THE COPS ON US. A few weeks ago June 21st my friend and her sister celebrated their Graduation party in this condos party room. About an hour in a worker at this facility who was at the front desk, barged into the party room screaming about the volume in the PARTY room was too loud. Mice are abundant. Elevators should have been serviced a long time ago--management knew about it and has done nothing for two years. The new lady in charge is efficient, if we can keep her around. Riser project is inevitably going to be a nightmare and costly. Exorbitant condo fees continue to rise to cover the many expenses from work that is woefully overdue on the building. Chris at First Service keeps imposing on the board to accept inept, wasteful, and unprofessional vendors who add to the daily headache of living here. ... read more
TL;DR Severe maintenance issues and pest issues (mouse and roaches)! My fiancé and I have been renting a unit in Park Sutton since September of 2023. Having spent almost two years in the condo I can say I would not recommend renting or buying a unit here. The building has both mouse and roach problems. Upon arriving to the building I saw a mouse within the halls and one was in our unit. Thankfully, we have only dealt with one mouse, but the building has a history of rodent issues.
