Beware The realty who deals with Park St. Manor (Knight Realty on Belmont av. Spfld) refuses to issue back your security deposit. They will purposely avoid to return your phone calls. I am warning any renters that leave a deposit. I was tenant there for 3 years. The supervisor on the premises is nice though.
