Stop applying your dress code in a discriminatory manner. This is coming from a white guy who has had no problem, personally, but has seen at least three instances where your doorman didn't let someone of color in the door even though they were dressed just like me. If you are someone who wants to support an inclusive business that operates with a bit of integrity and decency, go elsewhere.

Terrible service. The bartender, Becca, ignored us and would go to other customers around us even before it got busy. She lied to us and told us there were no drink specials, but then proceeded to tell other customers about them. She also told us the kitchen was backed up an hour so it was pointless to order food. However another group ordered nachos after we asked, they were not told the same thing and received their food within 20 minutes.
