The bartenders/waitresses were very polite and quick to take our drink and food order. Then we waited an hour and still did not have our food. We asked the waitress and were told they had just put our order on the grill. Good margaritas but apparently horrible management and unorganized kitchen.
Felicity, the bartender, was awesome! Celebrated my birthday there and had a great time :)
The staff was rude. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 sodas, (that cost 6 dollars btw) when we got them they tasted really off, so i went and asked for a refund. Mind you i only took 1 sip. He was really rude about it and wouldn't refund me. This place is a joke.
Do not wear a flat bill hat or pants that are even a little bit baggy or they won't let you in even though this page and their website doesn't have a specific dress code

What a shit show this place is.... the Guidos out front are hilarious... they are certainly mob boss want to be.... but, probably can't find a real job... we attended Park St. last evening... enjoyed all the locations except for this place. We had lost a member of our group (a husband) and we asked the bouncers if the wife could just go in and see if he was in there... the rest of us were going to wait outside.
