Nice place to live. Quiet and secure premises inside the loop with a reasonable price.
Beautiful hidden gem in River Oaks area. Very quiet, wonderful neighbors, lush landscape with fountains. I love the small boutique size community of professionals that call it home.
A needle in the haystack kind of property. Incredible pricing for the location and very well maintained considering the property having been built in 1979. Charming and beautiful attributes with water fountains and lush greenery along walkways in a secured gated community. As with any property, especially in the heart of a large, bustling city, it's up to the residents and the homeowners association to work together to ensure the best solutions are in place for the greater good of everyone and the community.
I have 2 units here. This place is very loud it is not quite and there is no privacy. If you decide to move here you will definitely run in to a neighbor that is outside all the time and constantly getting into people’s business! Safety is a joke! No security. There has been 7 Break-ins in the last couple of months! Do not believe the good reviews I’ve lived 5 years and I regret moving here. Do not move here you will regret it!
