I left work, went to start my car, and it was dead! Apparently, I'd forgot to turn my lights off. I went to Park Street Garage, and even though they were closing for the day, Carl graciously agreed to give me a jump. I was so pleased and grateful, that I'm going to trust Park Street Garage to take care of my car.

I went to a different repair shop in Madison for an oil change and diagnostic through Groupon and was told I needed a certain repair. Then I went to Carl with the same issue, and I was ready to pay for the repair. He looked at my car and told me I did not need it done. He also gave me great advice on how to maintain my old car. Ever since, I have always been able to trust this business. They are experts who do excellent work, and I have not had to go back to get anything redone.

Carl is very easy to work with and wants it fixed and fixed right. Never any hidden charges or shady repairs. Dave has fixed problems on my car that two mechanics in my family have been stumped by. I have been taking our vehicles to them for 11 years now.

I have been using Park Street Garage since 1969, when I first got to Madison. I trust those guys. They diagonose the the problem, fix it the first time, and do so at a fair price. They are honest

I've been going to Park St. garage for about 8 years now. Carl tells you the truth, and I've never had to go back to report a continuation of the problem. When it's fixed, it's fixed.

I would highly recommend Park street garage. Carl and Dave are good at what they do and will tell you what needs fixing and will not try to "guilt" you into fixing something that may not need fixing. I have been a customer for over 20 years and am completely confident in their abilty to fix any one of my vehicles including my classic muscle car.
