Management is horrible and not present. Maintenance never show up and does not properly repair. I was told my fridge would need to be replaced, but management won't approve it. Everyone complains of rats in apartment. Concierge is barely there which makes package and dry cleaning pick up/drop offs a pain. Management complains when residents who have perks don't offer it to them.
