Stay way from this company they very friendly when you want to buy the house and after you close you deal the nightmare starts. They condominiums belong to them until the last fase is done and you have no right whatsoever; them they trash you resort in many ways . Is a nightmare garbage everywhere, dying plants , no guards on the gated rats 🐀 and you have no right to complain. Good luck to you . I would give minus 5 ⭐️ if I could

Unethical company. Sales agents lie just to get you to sign and then don’t deliver to promises. Management does nothing about it...the “I’m sorry you feel that way” bs. Do not use this builder. Very poorly run operations with zero integrity.

Worse company on this planet. They use workers who don't speak English and do not have diagrams when they build homes. They drive around looking at other homes to get idea of what to build. They literally do not supervise the people who build homes. You plan and order certain features to built in home and they don't do as planned. Would not use these people to build a dog house they would screw that up. By all means DO NOT USE THESE 3 STOOGES TO BUILD YOUR HOME. Would give them zero stars if possible. They are a nightmare.... read more

So, if you are looking for a Park Square Home, you may want to think twice. I live in Mira Bay, a Park Square community located in Apollo Beach. The common areas are a surefire way to see how a community is being maintained by a developer. I’ve been a resident of Mira Bay since 2016. Park Square bought the rights to the neighborhood in 2017. That’s when my lawn and the neighborhood went into disrepair. I have a “maintenance-free” home. This means they take care of the landscaping and lawn service. Well, pictures I’m attacking speak volumes as to the lack of quality from the companies they have chosen (Down 2 Earth and Westcoast Landscape and Lawns) Down 2 Earth allowed for weed, overgrowth and Mole Crickets to effectively kill the lawn. I live in Mira Bay in Apollo Beach. Park Square took over a few years ago from the old builder. In their administration, my "maintenance free" lawn has been thoroughly destroyed and nobody will fix it. If this is how they treat residents, why would you ever want to buy a home from them?

Buyer BEWARE!! My home was 7 weeks past the closing date. Talk about a list of issues. I emailed and left several voice mail messages for customer services for several weeks with no return. Only after I sent an email that if i didn't have a return call within 24 hours I would contact the BBB did I receive a call. The gentleman in charge of CS, Steve Smith, came to my home and we did a walk through, he was astonished. So far he has been the only person to help but I'm sure he is overwhelmed and he is 1 person running aro... read more
