The WORST place to rent an apartment from! Me and my boyfriend leased an apartment there last year. We moved in on January 12th, in our lease it was stated our move date was September 11th. When September 11th rolled around we were told we would have to pay two extra months of rent because we didn’t give them a heads up we were moving. WHEN IT WAS STATED IN THE LEASE. Do not recommend this place. I rented an apartment from here, they never replaced the moldy floors, took them 3 weeks to replace the broken door, and shower. Very outdated, and old appliances. The workers here are not helpful to the residents, also accumulated more money from me than what was in the contract!
