This is the coldest place I’ve ever lived. See the photo, my furnace is set at 71 and you can see it’s only 57 degrees right now. That’s with two space heaters, the oven on and the dryer (without a vent). A month ago I had them checked the furnace. They told me everything looks good. “Really?” Then why is it so cold? Very bad management!!! Irresponsible, careless, unprofessional, discriminatory, inflammatory!!! On top of that, they will charge you some extra fees and costs without breakdowns or explanations, somehow the head company is not in town, so you never know what kinds of unexpected charges you have to pay, some people from Texas just send some bills, it’s divided to everyone evenly which is unexpectedly unfair, also get prepared to lose your valuable stuffs because at least 3 parties will have access to your home and you never k... read more

Lived here for three years - numerous issues (pipes bursting due to poor insulation, AC broke every summer and they could only get it running for a few months at a time, even after they replaced the outdoor unit. Mold under the carpets was discovered. Cigarette smoke from inside neighbor apartments would drift into our apartment, because of holes and gaps between the two (we eventually had to use expanding foam to plug the issues). Thank you CG / CT for making us apply.. prolonging our progress for two weeks when we were limited making us pay past debts and even going as far as googling our family business and scavenging through bank statements and making us feel like a fraud case to tell us NO.
