Do not move here, I moved in last year in July. Everything seemed fine at first but when I started opening drawers while moving in me drawers were taped! The track was taped on the bottom therefore every time you open the drawer would fall, you can't use packing tape to fix drawers. Patio door locked at first, the handle was broken and loose. Then the sliding door stopped locking. The screen door never worked. Laundry didn't work for 4 months. NONE of my windows locked. That is my biggest issue.. I moved in with a 6 month ol... read more

I didn’t like the application process. The apartment manager, Keisha, was not knowledgeable about the application fees or the deposit. She told me I’d be refunded the $100 deposit in a few days. It’s been 30 days. I called several times and nobody called me back. The regional manager was conveniently out of town until the check was supposedly mailed out yesterday, as I was told today when she called me back finally. Apparently in the finest print on the application there is some mention of them holding this fee for up to 30 ... read more

Edit 08/07/25 I have not had a dishwasher that has been able to use, for 3months and the washer & dryer in my building have been out of commission for most of the year among other things. Previous management would outsource contractors for help when maintenance is full up. Rent goes up but quality and convince of living there is going down. I have enjoyed my stay here thus far & found myself feeling right @ home. Many recent ground improvements have been noticed by me & appreciated.
