Park Smiles is over charging us an additional $3200 for oral surgery, which is out of pocket. Park Smiles provided an artificial low estimate to get our business and then tried to over charge 3X the original amount. This is UNETHICAL business practice and a poorly managed business. Similar to other reviews, avoid at all cost if you can.
The staff here were all super friendly and helpful along every part of treatment. I usually would be on edge at ******************* but here i felt comfortable the whole way through. The practice is quite prestigious and all my implants were placed with skill. Never felt better about my smiles before.Just thought I should share my experience here.
Friendly doctors (Dr. G******* is extremely warm and professional), welcoming staff, terrible office billing practices and communication. I have been a patient at Park Smiles for several years and have had only positives experiences until my most recent visit. This was for a scan and dental consultation. The dentist and front desk told me that the scan was $450, and that they would reduce the price of the consultation from $250 to $200 as I had been a long-time customer.
