I used to be able to contact the office, but since Amazon acquired one medical they have REMOVED PHONE LINES sending you instead to a random customer service person in god knows where who can do nothing outside of look on the website and relay details you can see yourself. Screw you Besoz. You degraded the quality of this service without changing the price. Embarrassed by what this has become and actively looking for alternatives.
dr patricia is nice gave good time. sraff is very very very much rude.
i saw dr.patricia park here she is endocrinologist.she was nice and gave proper time to me.and see patient here on tuesday and thursday.staff is rude on phone they dont say hi,or bye on phone.this rude lady who picks up the phone doesnt want to talk and want patients to guess and hang up phone on their faces.why they hire such ppl in offices who rise parients blood pressure,if their life is hell why they want patients to have stabbing migranes due to their rude mean behaviour.. i dont know im i am going back their again or n... read more
