I was rescheduled for a 10 am appointment, I been waiting for two hours and still didn’t see the dentist. Plus the receptionist call me while we are waiting to see the dentist to see if I’m coming to the appointment. At this point this is my last time coming here. No consideration of people time no communication no nothing.

Tuesdays are especially difficult because the wait times are extremely long. There appears to be only one assistant handling everything, which seems completely unreasonable for a busy office. I genuinely don’t understand why additional staff can’t be scheduled on Tuesdays to help things run smoothly and efficiently. I feel bad for the assistant because I’ve seen her trying to keep up with everything while parents become frustrated and yell at her because the doctor is running behind. This place was a very disappointing experience. I went elsewhere for a second opinion regarding my toddler, and I’m glad I did. I was told I would be charged a $500 sedation fee, but after getting a second opinion at another well-known pediatric dental office, I was told that sedation was not necessary and that my child was actually too young to be sedated. If i will be able to give 0 start i will the worse dental office i bring my dauther for 4 years with out no problem until today the people in the back treat my dauther very good but front desk is the worse they rude to everyone and need to do better with that the attitude that they have.

They make you wait for three hours for a procedure you don’t even need. And they have the audacity to say they charge you for being late to your appointment?? When I asked them to pull my daughter out because I’ve been waiting for three hours, they gave me attitude. I will not be going back there. if you value your time or don’t have time to waste away, do not go there. Do not recommend.
