While the basic service here is okay, the biggest issue is that all of the doctors are residents, which does not inspire much confidence when you need serious dental work. My root canal took nearly three months to complete because every step had to be done piece by piece and approved by a supervisor. The only part of my experience that was decent was the cleanings. Not punctual. If you have an appointment at a select time just know you're gonna wait WAY past that time to get seen by the doctor/dentist/etc... I have been coming here since i was little kid, the wait times were always insanely long, you would think with the new technology to make customers check in themselves would make the process a bit faster but nope, it jist takes make your visit a headache especially when you have to sign the same form multiple times every visit.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Doctor and nurses are also very approachable and explaining things well. I get it the wait time is kind of long but I can understand. They don’t have too many ppl there. Well at least when it’s my turn I like the experience. :)
Didn't tell me I needed to come in for a medication, let me run out, and then refused to do an emergency refill. Can only get through to actually talk to a person about 30% of the time, I've been calling all day trying to reach them, and I finally get through and they tell me all the doctors have gone home at 3:30pm on a Friday, so no one could help. Then they just hung up on me.
I would give negative stars if I could. The ABSOLUTE WORST place to go for dentistry. They will give you x-rays by an assistant (not an actual dentist) on your first visit. That’s it. You are told “our dentist to do cleanings isn’t here and is out, we will call you to schedule.” Nothing gets scheduled. No referrals are done either. They then don’t bill insurance properly so insurance denies any course for care. Next thing you know it’s three months later and still nothing.
