Would not recommend. Found an apartment and looked at it, and decided to move forward. Paid their 2k deposit BUT never signed anything. Found something else, asked for the deposit back They agreed to this said the check was cut and put in the mail on that day.I talked to them.It's been 2 weeks they're in Denver.I'm in littleton it does not take two weeks to get a check mailed in the same state.
These guys have really turned things around. They went from worst I ever dealt with (by far) to BEST I ever dealt with. (By far) New ownership and management get my hats off. Take a bow, Teddy, you deserve it. Tough. Kind. Fair. Reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone now.
Unprofessional slum lords. Affordable rent tho.
