They asked my friend to apply saying apartment available. After paying application fees (non- refundable) denied any availability.
I’m really enjoying living here I moved here May 2022 and I’m excited to sign my new lease for another year

I lived here from August 2019 to August 2020. This place is very nice, especially the current owner and management are amiable, and respond promptly to any service requests. Rent is also competitive! I would highly recommend renting Parkside Apt.
