Major high pressure sales from Melanie, Does not disclose that they do not use standard screening, turns out there were multiple people who had applied for the same home over a period of 4-5 months (that I could track) that somehow fell through - and they collected money and applications from multiple people during the same showing (having many people "compete" for the listing). Don't do it! I had the most unpleasant experience with this company, and their "manager", Melanie. I moved across the country and needed a temporary home until we could purchase a home. We agreed to a 1 year lease, which was pretty standard. I am a professional with a decent job and income, however I was made to feel second class by the rental manager.
